This book is a MUST READ if, as the author says," ... you lead, or aspire to lead an organization of any size, for profit or not-for-profit, early stage or mature...." The author speaks from years of experience, leading and turning around various organizations. He clearly points out all the challenges you will face and very clearly points you in the right direction to achieve success. This is an easy read, very concise and makes good sense. I couldn't recommend it more.
